Have "Had" the pleasure of looking for such to a 1936 Zenith Radio and it was exactly the same model. Also put on an original Grille Cloth from tubesandmore.com. There is a spring and roller that is to help the 'tension' of the belt. I was not successful in finding one as such. EV used to have them a loooooooooooooong time ago. My solution was to use a VCR belt wide enough and a bit thick and stretches a little when put on. Do clean and lube the gears involved - believe you may have a bit of "Tar" lousing you up. Do NOT grease the works ; use a light oil. If you need a new dial - check out http://www.rocksea.com ( I think ) as it is Rocksea Enterprises and they make all sorts of Radio Dials. The one I got was SUPER-DUPER ! Watch out if you order dial as some are clockwise and some are not and best to scan the old dial and email them a picture of it. Best: Eugene
