Now, a completely different scenario. The green CRT is very blurry with no clarity whatsoever. I don't really know how to check for low coolant, but it "looks" good. There is also a large amount of blue/ white powder sprinkled in the back of the set. (It looks like laundry detergent). I can only assume this is something to do with "roach-control" (using a cheaper route).
ANY help is greatly appreciated, 'cause I'm lost here completely.
