Joe, Definitely low coolant and/or leak, powder may be there to absorb the moisture..?? Does cust know anything re: powder..?? As far as the wiggling, green CRT most likely leaked onto boards causing slight corrosion in connections.... ������������Now, a completely different scenario. The green CRT is very blurry with no clarity whatsoever. I don't really know how to check for low coolant, but it "looks" good. There is also a large amount of blue/ white powder sprinkled in the back of the set. (It looks like laundry detergent).
