Courtesy of Eugene, ����You have a ferrite bead or wire vibrating. Get a Spray Can of Clear Acrylic Paint and bomb the area for about 4-5 layers and that will cure it and include the core of the IHVT too. GL "joe"

Also check any e-caps in that same ckt., and also check all the e-caps in the power supply area. Sounds like poor B+ voltage regulation problem. Just a WAG. At that point, it also gets horizontal lines all across the picture from top to bottom. L4101 seems to be where the squeal is coming from, but I have replaced it from another chassis (not real smart, but I calculated the chances here, and what the hey..) I have wasted a can of freeze spray and various other chemicals, and to my shame nothing happened to change the situation. Help is needed and appreciated much more than you know.
