I have never had problems with "Rebates", which usually take about 6 weeks. Know where you sent it..because most of the time it's not to Computer Manufacturer, but other. It may be a point of interest to most on this list. Rebates are a way of adding you to the "World Wide Web". Nothing sold in Computers, peripherals, software goes without "rebates" anymore. If you want to dabble in computers, be prepared to give your soul. On the Up side... you made a good buy. At that price. I would believe "No Monitor" right.
