Jeff I recall reading that Dell was canceling a contact with Indian for tech support for their corporate customers, they had to may complaints. I guess the regular customer's don't count as much.
I've had customers complain about tech support from Phillips because of language problems, Customer service is in the Bahamas, they say that they are rude and very difficult to understand. Anybody watch Lou Dobbs, money line? He's been doing a lot of stories on the out sourcing of American jobs, he also is asking for the public help with a list of companies sending jobs over-seas, every day the list grows. I was thinking about sending him the list of electronic manufactures. I don't know if it's just here, but I tell people all the time that television manufactures are not American owned anymore, let alone being made here. At least the brands we service under warranty. It would also seem that every time I call a company the people change so often or get downsized it hard to get a human on the phone at all. Most manufactures have cut to the bone for more profits. If they would realize that what they have done it not only killing the competition it's killing them too.
