Picture is pulled in about 2" on the sides, and the
vertical is stretched at the top. I have replaced
all the caps in the vertical circuit even if they
checked good. I have replaced all the mylar caps in
the horizontal and vertical section, and the
horizontal driver transformer cap. Changing the
vertical output made no difference as well. I checked
all the caps in the power supply and replaced any that
weren't well within tolerance. Running the set at 90
volts or 130 volts on the variac makes no difference
in the picture...seems odd.....The yoke resistance
checks out good and rings ok. Not getting anywhere on
this dog The set is made by samsung. There is a
number on the PCB... 2798MCB not sure if that is the
chassis #. Also, while rooting around on the web.. I
found a samsung TV that looks exactly like this
one...the model is TXN2726. Please check your records
for any samsung with these symptoms, I would really
appreciate the help.
