Set came in with no picture, raster is blanked due to no vertical deflection, changed C4520, U4501, SCR501, checked C4503, still no vertical deflection. U4501 pin 1 should have 4.93Vdc but has 0 when first turned on then slowly crawls up to 1.5Vdc. I am stumped, help.
