Joe D & All, Sony KV27S25 Sony(G)-board#-(A-1316-249-A) Dead
I deleted original post so i'm using part of the reply I sent to Joe D. What started out to look like a fairly simple repair starting turning into a nightmare by trying to repair G board. Started finding parts never suspected and time involved just wasn't worth it. I told Joe D that I was quoting the cust the replacement of the G board and come to find he agreed. Anyway thats what I did and unit now fixed. After figuring cost of replacing board vs all parts to repair G board, there wasn't a whole lot of $$$ difference, but there was a whole lot of time difference.
