SYMPTOMS: Had Audio But No display // Q404 Bad 872992070
CAUSE: Tech called back found that Q401 had 19v on B E .5 on the C , could
momentarily short C to B and display would come on and stay on until unit
was shut off.
RESOLUTION: Tech Found the problem was Q404 was shorted. Q404 is a 23C1740
p/n 872992070 on Power Block Board.
