I use "pulled" parts all the time.
Tubes(when we still had them) and Electrolytic caps
are the only things that would "wear out".
The repair still carries the same warranty, no
matter where it comes from.
To be honest, I've had as many bad new parts, as
I've ever had from used.
I see nothing wrong with using used parts, as long
as the work is guaranteed the same.
