Got a real strange one here. Intermittently the picture will pull in horizontally & bounce back & forth horizontally, sometimes the picture will shrink on all 4 sides, sometimes the picture will look like the tuner is off frequency while it shrinks on all 4 sides. I monitored the B+ and the collector of the HOT and while acting up the B+ drops to abt. 102Vdc and the collector wave form reduces in amplitude but is clean, no ringing or tearing. I am leaning towards a bad regulator IC. Anyone ever experienced anything like this before.
