Have you checked the grounds in the on board tuner? Also C4407 and CR4403 might cause this during a scene change. C4105 on B+ line. Regulator U4101 CR4112 and C4135 and C4238 Likely The first C4407 and CR4403, and they WILL check good and still fail.
