Hello This set was dead. Had a bad str6301 IC replaced and find a arcing noise in the flyback along with picture distortion(intermintent missing picture scann lines(black) mostly top of screen 2 inches down running across to each side.(not common white retrace associated with a bad Vert cap.These are black and pulsate with the arcing noise in the flyback Checked tips and seen no answers.Checked all caps in the power supply and pincushion.Repaired many connections.
