Joe, That TV has a Bose sound system. Maybe the speakers are attached to the back cover, or they might be mounted at the very top of the back cover. If the speakers are missing, check with the customer to see if he was using an external stereo amp for surround sound. I have a manual, if you need it,...just yell. I can mail it to you.
