I called and left a message on the customer's machine. I guess he'll call back and let me know. On the back are 2 jacks for an external audio amp, so I'm assuming he was using an amp to process the audio.

Joe, That TV has a Bose sound system. Maybe the speakers are attached to the back cover, or they might be mounted at the very top of the back cover. If the speakers are missing, check with the customer to see if he was using an external stereo amp for surround sound. I have a manual, if you need it,...just yell. I can mail it to you.

Replaced the 9-1047-1 board (from Union Electronics), but now I have no sound, but I don't see any speakers in the cabinet. Does this one go through an external audio amp , then to a set of speakers to get the sound out , or am I missing something? Thanks, Joe
