Jeff; I suspect you have a Focus Divider that's arcing, or in the process of breaking down. Or possibly the green yoke. If you used rebuilt CRT's there should really be no reason to have to adjust your lenses any great amount. The ragged (sawtooth) lines definitely indicate something breaking down in the Horizontal. Also check the deflection board for bad solder connections, especially the large diodes, and transformer.
