I have a customer who carried in an RCA 24" TV, model # 24V510T that was purchased on 11/09/2003. His owner's manual (and the one obtained from the Thomson service website) both indicate that product labor warranty is 1 year, however, RCA Parts Finder indicates it is only a 90 day labor warranty. I have sent an email to Thomson via their website requesting the correct warranty term for this model but I was wondering if anyone else has been in this situation and what kind of reply they had received. Can you also confirm what I have found on Parts Finder?
