Checks good in set. Must take out to test. U14101 pin 3 will be low ( missing 2volts) and pin 6 will oscillate between 7-10volts.\\\\\\\\ \ RCA \PTK195\Dead* Fuse Ok (EEPROM RESET)\\\PTK195\All Voltages Looked Ok In Power Supply. Found That The EEPROM Glitched. Unsoldered Pin 8 Of EEPROM* Plugged In Set* Held Power Button* And Shorted Pin 8 To Its' Run.\Set Woke Up And EEPROM Returned To Normal\\\\\\\ RCA \PTK195\Dead. 16v Had Dropped To 14v\\\PTK195\Set Was Dead* No Turn On Pulse From Micro. Q13501-c was 3VDC and Q13503-B was at .6 VDC. We found C13504 leaky.\Replaced C13504 and the reset worked. U13101-5 was back to 2VDC. Replaced c13504.\\\\\\\ Jeff -- Intrepid Video TV/VCR Repair 263 S Front St, Steelton PA 17113 717-939-7708; (F) 717-564-4952 www.intrepid-video.com www.tech-repair.net ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bob's TV" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, June 21, 2004 11:00 AM Subject: [Techs] RCA P46820BLLG2 chassis PTK195D that is dead I have this RCA P46820BLLG2 chassis PTK195D that is dead. The micro U13101 pins 23 & 24 which are the stby data & clock lines are low, about 1.93 & 2.3 Vdc respectively. Removing pins 23 & 24 from the pads the pads come up to 5.0 Vdc, I replaced the micro and it too pulls pins 23 & 24 down. Do not know where to go from here. Robert J.
