after changing the eeprom the picture is slightly stretched vertically, I have a Philips remote with the smart button, I enter 062596 Menu and I am in the SDM screen of the service menu, I can scroll through the menu using up and down arrows but the no other buttons do anything except I can change the values listed at the bottom of the screen using the number buttons but only the number changes ...no apparent change is made to the set..I'm fishing around trying to shrink the picture down about 1 inch..can anyone help?
