I would try the OEM version.

Subject: [Techs] Zenith model B27A11Z ( TA1268N) new IC bad?

TV had low contrast and no color, changed the TA1268N IC and had no change,
usually this is the fix but I had no change...bought these from Tritronics,
I did opt for the cheaper TT generic version...could the new IC be bad?
any help greatly appreciated.
-Tony
