[Techs] Hitachi 50UX26B (M'd Jul; y'96)..PTV.....makes a "click", but won't come on,

   As usual, no schematics. I get 120vac on T901 on an outside pin and 
the next to the last pin on the side of the transformer that has 4 legs. 
 On the side of the transformer that has 3 legs , there is 0 Volts (AC).
             4       I now this is rough, but I've worked with a lot 

1                    less.
                     but here goes..pins 5&7= 120vac 

             5       10 volts (ac) on 1&3. Continuity between 1&3
                     Continuity between 5&7, but all other pins check
2                    open(resistance-wise).

        As I said, there is a click (the relay, I assume, but nothing 
else). Any ideas, or does anyone have the power supply schematics I can 
purchase?
