I have a KTV Model 13CCE-1 Tuning Problem. When you change channels the picture comes on for a second than goes to snow than picture. Tuner drifts until finally it will lock in on the picture and the audio will come on. This may take 10-15 seconds. I've tried a new tuner. Any ideas?
