I sent off for the push-button assembly because it was scanning the channels. After I unplugged this module (on-off, vol. up, vol. down, ch. up, ch. down and menu), the scanning stopped. I ordered the module, which the distributor said was NLA. (It's a 2003 model). I then called Ballards and was told he had 3 in stock. I got it in and it was a "kit" (pt. no. 249142RR) ,which included a box pre-paid to send to PTS, and some paperwork to fill out. I then called PTS and nobody there could tell me how much it would cost to overhaul. I then replaced the channel up switch and it played for 4 hours. I went to re-assemble and there it went again. I then replaced the other 5 switches and so far, all is well. I'll keep you posted as to progress.
