You need to check the Horz driver transformers on these CTC187 chassis. If they look melted, from too much heat, a new one will drop the temperature slightly, but no matter what you do,...they will still run too hot. I think it's a just a poorly engineered design. They should have put larger heatsinks on them to start with.
