Couldn't find this on the repair disk, but I have replaced the regulator (ICX3431...223-28) still the same. Maybe someone has seen this b4? I realize this 19" Zenith is probably not worth any time, but these days, I take what I can get and if I can't fix it, I've lost nothing but a little of my time (which it seems I have more and more of these days since Wally World came to Jasper, Texas).
