There was nothing wrong with the TV. The problem was caused by the Dish Nework DP301 Sat. receiver. C250 was blown. ( 100ufd. @ 16 VDC ) I used a 25VDC replacement. I should have checked the TV in the home with the VCR, before pulling it to the shop. My mistake,...but I fixed the problem.
