It looks like you're missing some files. No, it doesn't matter what
order you copy them (all at once is the easiest way anyhow). Go to
the manufacturers web site to download the exact driver for your
modem. Look for a hyperlink to Drivers, Tech Support, or in some
cases Products.
If NLA go to driverguide.com (by far the largest assortment of
drivers on the web, from what I've seen).
You will need a user name and password. Up 'til now everyone has
used the name: drivers and the password: all
This will change soon (or has). Search for the exact model no. of
your modem, or in some cases another no. which is sometimes on the
board. On the results page you need to look at the operating systems
which the drivers are good for. Sometimes this is not accurate (in
other words try another one if necessary). Of course compare the
models no's or other names to yours. One with a slightly different
suffex may work.
Some drivers at driverguide don't work (usually because they are
the wrong one). These are submitted by users, not pros.
