The same old questions: Did you use quality replacements or OEM? Did you resolder the driver transformer and replace the elect. cap in the primary? Did you replace the surge supressors in the power supply? NESCO makes a kit of all the parts that typically fail. Replace them all, and pick the resistor- other than the .1 ohm that you need- and install them. This has worked for me on over 20 Sony sets and has cured the problem.
