However, our main goal is to be consistent
within a single document and across a set of documents. If an author
has used terminology inconsistently, we will update the text with our
preferred usage. If the author has already used the terminology
consistenly, we will leave the terms unaltered (unless they go against
some pre-specified usage, e.g., IPSEC would be changed to IPsec
regardless of whether the author used IPSEC consistently throughout the
document).
