Qualifications: 5+ years of IT industry experience; 4+ years in a data warehousing and business intelligence role; 3+ years in a Call Detail Records Analyst role; Bachelor degree in computer science; Strong data analysis and modeling skills; Strong technical requirements documentations skills Responsibilities: Responsible for providing technical solutions and determine the direction of application development based on Call Detail Records (CDR). Provide technical leadership for CDR based applications and feeds. Includes documenting system requirements, creating application designs, validating high level designs to ensure accuracy and completeness against the business requirements and programming the solutions. Attend project meetings when technical advice is needed and communicate the project design to other architects. Resolve design issues and improve system flexibility and performance.
