HI Friends, I have a requirement for *a LEAD Java Architect*

This person must have *excellent communication* skills as they will be interviewing / hiring people as well as mentoring others and doing knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java/J2EE, JMS, EJB, Swing (UI), MySQL or SQL Server. The manager will most likely hire of the phone. Please note: They like the option to hire someone on perm down the road. Candidates that have their EAD or Green Card will be given first preference. *Lead Java Architect* *We need someone who has lead the 3 tier design and architecture from start to finish*; not just someone who participated on the team. There will be heavy interaction with high level executives for design approval and status updates. This is the most visible project with in the MNS (Managed Network Services) .We are targeting an architect with 10 plus years of experience.
