Skills:

   - *The focus will be around the OC4J, Oracle Middleware, Oracle 10g, and
   Linux Red Hat in enterprise environments with 8000 users. *
   - *This person serves as the primary responsible party for configuring,
   implementing, and documenting required IT infrastructure and technical
   operating processes. *
   - *Experience Configuring and implementing IT infrastructure adhering to
   enterprise architecture requirements as defined in collaboration with the IT
   Architecture and Development Teams *
   - *Experience translating architecture specifications into operational
   configurations, installation/deployment plans, and implementation change
   orders *
   - *Ensure that systems adhere to enterprise and industry standards as
   defined by and approved by IT management *
   - *Ensure that deployments are adhered to *
   - *In collaboration with development, architecture, operations, technical
   support, and vendor teams; determine appropriate infrastructure engineering
   standards and deployment/build standards and develop supporting processes
   and documentation *
   - *Serve as technical lead for implementations and deployments ensuring
   that all infrastructure components are configured and installed according to
   standards and plan *
   - *Supervise other operations engineers and technical resources during
   configuration and installation *
   - *Diagnose and resolve issues escalated from other support levels; serve
   as technical escalation point for server administrators, systems engineers
   and desktop technicians; work directly with users, administrators,
   developers, architects and vendors as necessary to identify, implement and
   document resolution*
   - *Assist in the training of technical staff in diagnosis and resolution

   - *Review support requests and trouble tickets to determine if
