*Title: Sr. Business Analyst II or Process Improvement Specialist** *** Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: 6 months + Rate: $35 hr.(Sorry for Low rate) This role is specifically for a Process Improvement Specialist. BA II was selected as it is closest to the available templates in the system. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Global Infrastructure IT Organization is seeking a highly motivated Process Improvement Specialist to join the Technical Solutions Team. The candidate selected for this role will serve as a hands-on analytical point for the Technical Solutions Team by providing a clear view of daily operations through data and document generation. The output provided through this role will be used by management to make better informed decisions regarding driving efficiency in daily workflow and overall operational excellence. The role is accountable for; • Understanding requirements and how to translate into project goals • Gathering pertinent data from a variety of disparate tools • Identifying and researching data anomalies • Normalizing and analyzing large quantities of data • Generating objective metrics • Documenting and mapping business processes based on workflows *REQUIRED SKILLS*: Candidates to be considered must have the following: • Proficiency in basic analysis tools such as Excel, Access and Visio • Proven experience creating dashboards, charts, pivot tables, trends and other means of displaying data • Ability to generate detailed process flows • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills as well as problem solving skills. • Initiative and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment • Experience working with and across multiple functional areas • Ability to listen and translate findings into useable written process documentation • Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain relationships with IT clients at all levels of the organization • Candidates who succeed in this fast-paced dynamic environment excel in the following competencies: o Team Orientation: Works cooperatively with others.
