*Description :* *---------- Consultants with Public Sector experience ONLY considered here -----------* • Report on implementation project plan status to executive staff • Develop a contingency plan • Provide communications for campus distribution and to Executive Steering • Understand and document integration points and dependencies with legacy systems • Overall implementation project plan owner • Responsible for execution of the implementation project plan • Coach employees to pass on best-practices and skills so others can assume these responsibilities in the future • Work with the Integration Team, the Environment Management Team, and the Database Team to incorporate their activities in the implementation plan. *Qualifications:* • Must have successfully led major ERP implementation at medium to large institutions. • Must know *PeopleSoft PIA* architecture. • Must know how PeopleSoft releases bundles and maintenance packs. • Must know how to best use PS Change Assistant. • Must know how to organize, coordinate and communicate work breakdown structures for infrastructure, system, database, application server, web server, and application bundle changes. • Must know Microsoft project. *The Coordinator will be responsible for working with each project team to capture all go-live activities in an implementation plan along with dependencies from all supporting organizations in order to ensure a seamless implementation. The Coordinator will also be responsible for identifying implementation issues, communicating them, and facilitating resolutions.
