Business intelligence tools are used (IBM Cognos 6.x (Impromptu, Power Play, 
Transformer)
 
For data modeling Erwin
 
For database - Oracle, DB2/UDB
 
Finally, please note that candidates with insurance knowledge is a plus and 
good communication skills
