*Job Title: PEGA Architect* *Location: Owings Mills, MD* *Duration: 6 months+* *Rate: Try your best* Must be able to develop using Pega PRPC version 5.x This will require an understanding of object oriented principles, web application architecture and enterprise application deployment/integration. PRPC Systems Architect is required with good experience implementing Pega Rules Process Commander as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process. Candidates must be proficient with the complete Pega implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment. Contractor must have knowledge of application and infrastructure systems, middleware, and multiple database technologies. This individual will have to coordinate and construct the design, management, and development of multiple projects. Must have Requirements: 3+ years domain knowledge in any of the following: Healthcare, Finance, or Insurance. Strong Oral and written communication skills Accountable for the architecture and detailed design of the solution to be implemented as part of the business requirements/needs. Solution will need to be in alignment with enterprise solution architecture and components within the Client corporate infrastructure in addition to the standards for PEGA implementations. This will require an understanding of object oriented principles, web application architecture and enterprise application deployment/integration. Knowledge with Web architectures including application servers, security, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) along with infrastructure platforms that make up an ESB. A background with integration, including integrating PRPC using TIBCO and services a plus. Essential duties include... - Take ownership of database administration - Tune application databases for performance - Architect new database solutions - Maintain data standards and security, including adherence to the Data Protection Act, PCI., or other requirements as needed - Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for the data dictionary - Ensure that storage, archiving, backup, and recovery procedures are functioning correctly - Capacity planning - Work closely with Systems, QA and Development teams - Other duties as assigned Education and Training - BS or BA degree preferred - At least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified Skills and Competencies - Expert level database management and administration skills, MySQL preferred - Extensive experience interpreting data models and developing database structures for scalable applications, specifically web driven social networks - Excellent communication skills - Extensive experience maintaining large multi-server database environments, including administration, troubleshooting and performance tuning - Experience developing and manipulating large, complex data sets - Experience working in a scheduled 24-hour on-call environment - Technical writing skills -- Thank you for your support Siva MetaSense, Inc [email protected] www.metasenseusa.com Y IM:[email protected] <im%[email protected]>
