Title: Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning

Location: Irvine Ca

Duration:  6months

Skills:

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

   1. Works closely with multiple departments in understanding business
   processes and business requirements to support corporate operation. Reviews,
   Analyzes, Document and Evaluates business process and requirement. Create
   strategic plan to parallel overall business strategies.


   1. Facilitating planning process including long /short term strategy
   development, budgeting and standardization.
   2. Collaborate, Documenting, Announcing new process, policy, methodology
   and guidelines.


   1. Monitors, analyze and summarizes progress of  KPI. Prepares reports
   for upper management regarding status of KPI.


   1. Proactive on seeking initiative to improve business processes and
   operations.


   1. Research on new technology and processes.


   1. Maintain awareness/understanding of best practices in IT industry.


   1. Support strategic planning department manager on various tasks.





*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:*

   1. Knowledge of commonly-used project management concepts, practices, and
   procedures. Responsible for the coordination and completion of department
   projects. Oversees all aspects of projects.


   1. Work experience in IT industry will be plus.


   1. Experience with established business process management.


   1. B.S. degree + five years experience in a business analyst role, or
   equivalent combination of education and experience.
   2. Experience in the following technologies is preferred : BPM, SQL .



*REQUIRED SKILLS:*

1.      Knowledge of generating and analyzing report from database and
queries.

   1. Ability to learn new computer systems and technologies in an efficient
   manner.


   1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft product including Word, Excel, and
   PowerPoint, Visio.
   2. Ability to multi-task and function independently with minimal
   supervision.


   1. Ability to adapt to business and technological change within the
   company and learn the changes quickly.


   1. Ability to present and convey towards various audience types – All
   levels up and down.


   1. Willing to learn new skills and processes.


   1. Ability to understand and mapping business processes.


   1. Ability to work well in a team environment.
   2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to
   give and receive real-time feedback to and from team members.
