Java Tech Lead (6 Months Right to Hire) Work Location : Princeton NJ Rate : $60/hour Duration : 6+ Month This lead position must be expert Java developer, with team leadership experience and system architecture skills. The candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities will need to start as soon as possible. Work Summary The candidate filling this Lead position will be responsible for working with Development leads in the high-level systems design/architecture and full-scale implementation of the system. The candidate will perform in a server-side development role or may also work on client side, and may also be responsible for writing requirements/technical specifications/use cases. The candidate is expected to demonstrate expertise in core Java as well as web technologies such as XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apache, AJAX and SOAP, XML and XPATH. Applicants should have experience using multiple programming/scripting languages, developing automated test cases using the JUNIT Framework, and in cross browser development. Experience with JSF, Spring and Hibernate frameworks is a major plus.
