The job duties and skills needed are: Provide consultancy service on Salesforce.com to IT & business Provide technical leadership to the development team for design thru testing Mentor J2EE resources to enable them work in Salesforce.com. Should be able to lead a team of 4 to 8 developers Should be able to manage offshore team Able to walk thru the features of Salesforce.com to Business heads Able to map requirements to product features/offering Well versed in the product features Able to provide architectural / design solutions for product and guide customer on implementation / deployment strategies.
