Again, please let me know what rate you *need*. We need someone who can come up to speed quickly as the Maximo version 7 technical lead. This person would become part of an upgrade team which has been planning this upgrade for over a year. At this point, 3M has implemented 2 pilot plants and about 20% of the planned 3M customizations. They have over 100 Maximo installations to upgrade from 4.1.1. Minimum skills required (all of the following): 1. IBM Maximo Asset Management System version 6 or 7 2. SQL 2005, Java, Websphere (we will talk to applicants with 2 of these 3) 3. Project management experience, RUP or a similar software development process, Stellar documentation skills Highly Desired skills: ASP, JSP, Business Objects and BIRT reporting.
