Kansas * Design data access for BS and IS (load data into SAS or access SAP data directly) Design * Develop procedure for moving data to SAS for IS and BS. Schedule process. Provide ability for Accounting to run when needed. One step to run data movement. Schedule of loading of data. * Develop procedure(s) for loading SAP hierarachies into SAS for reporting. Process and documentation for loading SAP hierarchies into SAS. * Balance Sheet (BS) (Correct retained earnings problem) * Re-design BS Design (Design so that no changes should be required when accounts are added to SAP. The report should include the new accounts automatically.) * Develop BS report * Deploy on portal Report on portal with selection criteria, including the hierarchy selection. * Income Statement (IS) * Re-design Design (No changes should be required when accounts are added to SAP. The report should include the new accounts automatically.) * Develop Report * Deploy on portal Report on portal with selection criteria, including the hierarchy selection. * Develop procedure for accessing different hierarchies for IS and BS. * Scorecard (accesses data from AS400 and SQL Server) * Re-design Design (if decision is to load data into SAS setup process for loading data) * Develop Report * Deploy on portal Report on portal with selection criteria. * Install test server including Weblogic Test system. * Setup 'test' and 'production' procedures for copying between SAS environments.
