NYC 6months Job Specifications– Required skills, knowledge and experience: ? Minimum 5 years Sybase database administration with ASE 15.x and 12.x on Solaris platform. ? Educational Requirements: Bachelors in computer science or related field ? Technical and/or Functional skills: Strong database performance and tuning and query optimization skills. ? Professional licenses: Sybase or SQL Server (MCDBA) Certification. ? Other skills and abilities: shell scripts, perl and cgi scripting is a plus. ? Good verbal and written communication skill. Must be a team player. Top Required Skills: Must know Sybase Must know UNIX Must know script languages such as Perl and CGI Nice to have vs. must have: Good attitude; willing to work and help the project along.
