Must have at least three years experience installing, configuring, administrating and maintaining WebSphere App Server and WebSphere Portal Server for zLinux, upgrading WebSphere Portal to new releases and applying Fixpacks. 2. Must have at least three years experience performing ongoing performance monitoring, diagnosis and tuning of WebSphere App Server and WebSphere Portal Server for zLinux. 3. Must have at least three years experience installing, configuring, administrating and maintaining WCM (Web Content Management) for zLinux. 4. Must have at least three years current experience planning how and when to upgrade existing WebSphere software considering the impact on end-users. 5.
