Configure, integrate and test Cisco Call managers and Cisco Provision Manager. Complete Description: * Advanced level (5-7 years experience) IP Voice Network Engineer, to upgrade the current Cisco call managers from 4.1 to 6.1/7.0. . * Must have been an integral part of a Call Manager upgrade from 4.1 to 6.1/7.0 project. * Provide engineering documentation of the design and software configuration. * Implement Cisco best practices deployment strategy for a voice network. * Coordinate with operations and maintenance on voice network issues and troubleshoot problems with department users and network administrators. * Must work in a team environment and interface frequently with members of the Infrastructure team. * Responsibilities will include installation, configuration, integration and testing of Cisco Call managers and Cisco Provision Manager.
