Decision Support Manager/ERP Miami, FL 12-24 months Position Description The Decision Support Manager, will assist in the leading of the position specific title team and provide help to the Manager in that particular arena. The Decision Support Manager will provide guidance to the specific team during design, delivery and implementation of new process and procedures. Ensure that the specific Manager is apprised of overall performance such as staffing or resource needs, completion dates, changes/delays in scheduling. The Decision Support Manager will provide informal problem solving as related to usage of sick leave, schedules and general input on employee's performance to higher lever Manager.
