Must have State Government experience, Duration: 6 months Location: South Carolina Specific Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain application programs based upon specifications Code, test and implement ABAP programs and modifications in the public sector Financial Accounting (FI), Human Resources/Human Capital Management (HR/HCM), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules and SRM * . Troubleshoot, identify and resolve day to day problems that occur with programs or software * . Apply updates and fixes to software applications, include OSS note researches and evaluation * . Provide technical designs from functional designs with high level coding designs * . Document processes, designs, and testing activities * . Provide production support and technical assistance * . Involved in the lifecycle of critical projects from design through go-live * . Assist functional team with technical direction to design high quality solutions * . Provide solid, error free and efficient technical solutions with the minimum of management supervision * . Develop complex programs including system interfaces and conversions * . Development of custom dialog programs * . Development of custom enhancements * . Coding for both standard and HR structural authorization checks * . Working knowledge of the Web Services * . Enhancements for SRM integration * . SAP Workflow/Webflow * . Knowledge of Adobe Interactive Form Integration * . Application and technical trouble shooting * . Prepare development estimates that will be used for project planning purposes * . Assist in identifying and resolving SAP issues across multiple functional areas * . Provide problem resolution for SAP support issues to internal business partners and maintain support logs and technical documentation * . Research SAP/OSS notes to resolve issues * . Establish coding and development standards for portal technologies * . Provide after hours support of the SAP system as needed * . Facilitate code reviews and identify opportunities to improve existing programs * . Resolve issues with programs that are causing system performance problems * . Assist with upgrades, support packs * . Other duties as assigned/as project needs necessitate.
