Expert Business Analysts with ( Must have Help Desk exp) Location: Washington DC Duration: 6 months Healthcare is a must as well Expert Business Analysts with Help Desk exp. Tasks 1. Work closely with internal and external customers to define complex business rules related to help desk functions 2. Review of current help desk structure and compare to industry standards. 3. Drive the analysis phase to completion while developing and validating business requirements, and process flow diagrams. 4. Work with the other experts to quickly learn the functions of the various client help desks 5. Work with management team to determine the best solution for our help desks. 6. Develop and deliver a recommendation to client Senior Staff that includes: ? Help Desk structure / organization ? Help Desk required skill sets ? Training needs for current staff ? Training program for new staff Skills 1. Prior Help Desk Management experience preferred 2. Prior Experience with help desk functions required 3. Must be self-directed and capable of working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. 4. Strong analytical skills required with in-depth knowledge of industry standards in requirements analysis and process flow development. 5. Comfortable and confident using industry standard requirement tools (ex. requirements traceability matrix) to clearly communicate the needs of the solution to your internal and external customers 6. Proven experience working with complex systems and the solution development life cycle 7. The internal drive, intellectual curiosity, ability to learn, and desire to help the customers succeed 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 9. Ability to quickly understand complex systems and be able to explain them to varying customers 10. Perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision 11. Strong multi-tasking skills Software: 1.
