Looking  for a Load tester with a Healthcare background. 

Must be able to start on 6/15/09. Prefer local candidates only.

 

*       Gather Performance Requirements 
*       Analyze Load/Performance/capacity needs from user requirements 
*       Identify Existing Performance Bottlenecks 
*       Develop Performance Capacity Model 
*       Identify Required Performance Engineering Tools 
*       Determine Load Test Data Requirements 
*       Load and Performance Test Plan 
*       Capacity\Predictive Performance Model 
*       Detail Design Spec for Code Instrumentation 
*       Determine Performance Environment Requirements 
*       Develop Load and Performance Test Cases 
*       Calibrate Capacity\Predictive Performance  Model 
*       Build Load and Performance Test Environment 
*       Baseline Hardware Only - No Application Code 
*       Publish Pertinent Performance Metrics 
*       Create Load and Performance Test Scripts 
*       Load and Performance Test Bed Created (GUI and Claims
Processing) 
*       Implement Determined Code Instrumentation Points 
*       Conduct PE Workshop 
*       Prepare Test Execution Schedule 
*       Environment Performance Tuning (Hardware Only) 
*       Load and Performance Test Execution 
*       Load and Performance Analysis 
*       Working Knowledge of Rational Performance Tester preferred 
*       Capacity Planning experience preferred 
*       Code Instrumentation experience preferred
