Responsibilities will include: Identify best-suited data sources to serve business reporting needs. Work with business partners and vendors to bring in internal as well as external data relevant to address various information requests. Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Gather and interpret data to provide business partners facts and insights to make better business decisions This position will report to the Director of Analytic Services. Skills: Ability to accurately translate diverse business information needs into reporting and ad-hoc analysis, perform QA, and communicate status to stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, and SAS. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and project management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, succinct terms. Educational and Background Requirements: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field. MBA highly desirable (Pre-MBA or recent graduate from an MBA program) 5+ years experience working as a business analyst in market research/database marketing, analytics, business intelligence, and/or technology. Healthcare experience required, ideally in drug distribution.
